The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was outstanding. From the charming rooms with character to the modern bathrooms, everything was carefully designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location was ideal. Close to the beach and restaurants in the center of the city, we were able to explore the area easily. Lastly, the breakfast was a real treat. The homemade pastries were delicious and it was a lovely way to start our day.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was fantastic and there were no aspects that we felt needed improvement.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful and clean bedroom that had a private terrace with a picturesque view of the sea and mountains. The breakfast buffet was well-prepared and had a variety of sweet options to choose from, and the landlady provided helpful suggestions for local excursions. the hotel's private parking was a convenient and secure feature.

I recently stayed at Villa Ortensia in Aci Castello and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The room was absolutely stunning, with a modern bathroom and a private terrace that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The attention to detail and the character of the room made it a truly unique and memorable stay.
While my overall experience at Villa Ortensia was fantastic, there was one minor inconvenience. The walls of the room were quite thin, allowing some noise to filter in from neighboring rooms.

We got great value for our money at Villa Ortensia. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect with a lovely beach club just a minute's walk away. The staff treated us like family, especially Erminia who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Breakfast choices could have been better, but everything else made up for it.

We recently stayed at a lovely property near the sea and the Etna volcano, in a nice neighborhood that offered breathtaking views. Our room was clean and cozy, providing us with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The service was exceptional, our hosts provided us with helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants, cafes, and local specialties. The delicious breakfast was served in the garden terrace, offering fresh Sicilian sweets and mouth-watering fresh orange juice with a great cup of coffee. The gated community offered a secure and peaceful environment for our stay and we especially enjoyed the common areas for relaxing and socializing.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we found the location to be a bit isolated from the main attractions, requiring a car to access nearby shops and restaurants.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The hotel facilities were spotlessly clean and the location next to the sea was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast served was delicious and served up a variety of sweet and salty foods. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with tips and advice on local attractions. I also loved the fact that there was parking available for my car.
Nothing could have been better.

The breakfast spread was decent, not too sweet and they had yogurt. The view from the balcony was nice, even in winter. It was also close to Mt. Etna and we were able to take a day trip there. The secured parking on the street was a plus too.
The bathroom lacked a place to put our toiletries and there was no one available at the front desk. The walls were thin so we could hear a lot of noise.
